Services for Artie Haggard Thomas of 315 N Burdette, who died Friday in Wilson N. Jones Hospital, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the Grand Avenue Presbyterian Church.
Rev. Patrick McCoy of Grand Avenue Presbyterian Church will officate, and burial will be in West Hill Cemetery.
Arrangements are under Waldo Funeral Home.
Mrs. Thomas was born in Madill, OK, the daugher of Mr. & Mrs. Coby Haggard, and married J.B. Thomas in Sherman. She was employed by Quaker Oats Company and later Anderson Clayton Foods for 30 years. She was a member of Grand Avenue Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are her husband; brothers, George Haggard of McKinney, Mason Haggard of Denton, and Carl Haggard of Abilene; and sister Dullie Steinbaugh of Fort Worth.
Pallbearers will be Guan Smith, Tom Kimes, Jack Morris, Walter Morrison, Vinson Shields and Jerry Bylander.
The family will be at the funeral home from 3 to 4 p.m. Sunday and others at the residence.
Memorials may be made to the Grand Avenue Presbyterian Church.
