A native Lexington, Kentucky, she was the wife of a former Lexington police officer named John Bizzack. She was a passenger on Comair Flight 5191 from Lexington, Kentucky, to Atlanta, Georgia, that crashed shortly after takeoff from the Blue Grass Airport killing 49 people. There was one survivor.
