SPRING VALLEY – Mrs. Marie Ochetti, 86, who had been bedfast for the past 23 years at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Quinto Mussatto, died 5:30 a.m. Monday.
Born in France, May 5, 1863, Mrs. Ochetti came to this country and Spring Valley almost 64 years ago. She had been residing with her only daughter 33 years.
Mrs. Ochetti was preceded in death by her husband, who died in 1917 and a sister, Mrs. Flora Balzarine, who died nine years ago.
Funeral services will be held 1:45 p.m. Wednesday from the Barto and Linning funeral home, to St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, where the Rev. Nicholas Blanc will be in charge of the 2 p.m. services.
Interment will be in Miller cemetery.
Friends may call after 12 o’clock noon Tuesday at the Barto and Linning funeral home, where the Rev. Blanc will recite the rosary 7:30 p.m., Tuesday.
