Cotine was one of my oldest and dearest friends. We did so much in life together. Our children were raised together and we even lived across the street from each other. There have been many good times but also bad times that we have been through with each other. She left behind a beautiful daughter, Mandy, who is married with two children. Cotine loved those kids but was not able to see them grow up. Mandy wonders if her moma is proud of her, I am positive that she is. Cotine died before she could appreciate everything she had in her life because she was murdered, but that person is paying for the horrific deed. We have been left with many memories, I'm sure people that knew her has more than one story to tell regarding something during Cotine's life. She knew many people and many people knew and loved her. Cotine was good to everyone and she will NEVER be forgotten!
