He was born in Washington Court House, Ohio on September 30, 1961 the son of the late Milton and Jessie (Smith) George.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Michael George.
He is survived by his wife, Mary (Edmisten) George of Rarden; two sons, Jason & Lori Bocook of Patriot, Ohio and Jesse Bocook of Proctorville, Ohio; one daughter, Sara and Chris Harness of Rarden; one brother, Dana George of Hillsboro; two sisters, Gail Suthers of Hillsboro and Debbie Reed of Maplewood, Ohio; and three grandchildren, Alana, Annabella, and Gabriel.
Visitation has been scheduled for Monday, August 17, 2015 from 11:00 A.M. till 1:00 P.M. at Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday at 1:00 P.M. also at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery.
