-Mrs. Lindsey, wife of the late Fred E. Lindsey who died in 1997 and mother of the late Steve E. Lindsey who died in 2000, was born and educated in Crawford County. She was the daughter of the late Winston and Florence Tidwell Becham and was a Dental Hygienist for forty-two years retiring from Dr. Jack L. Davis Dental Practice. Mrs. Lindsey was a member of Fellowship Evangelistic Church, Lizella.
-Survivors include three daughters, Joanne (Bobby) Hamlin of Lizella, Judy (Tommie) Allen and Linda (Jim) Wood all of Macon; five grandchildren, Angie Mattox, Alicia Spillers, Blake Lindsey, all of Lizella, Lindsey Allen of Winder and Clint Wood of Fort Valley; eight great grandchildren; a great-great granddaughter; her brother, Jerrell (Martha) Becham of Lizella; several nieces and nephews.
