In memory of Charmaine (Nichols) Rudolph of Bremerton, we mourn the loss of our mother, best friend, sister and daughter. "Char" or "Charlie" passed away at the age of 58, after a long battle with cancer. She lived life intently, with love and kindness to all. "She is an old Scottish soul." Best known for her original creations, all things sewn, hand-crafted, painted and grown. She was a teacher in the Central Kitsap area, a mother and grandmother, an artist, sea kayaker, and avid adventurer. She is survived by her two children, Shauna (Rudolph) Abbenhaus and John Rudolph; grandchildren, Edith and Kai; her mother, Germaine Nichols; and brothers, Randall, David, and Greg. Memorial services will be held Sunday, August 14, at St. Paul's Episcopal church (near Harrison Hospital) at 1:00 p.m. A celebration of life and potluck will be held at 3:00 p.m. at Scenic Beach State Park. Donations in honor of Charmaine may be presented in her name or directly to any cancer prevention/research affiliate. In love and in gratitude, in life and in death....God Bless Us All.
