Johann Müller, was an early settler in Johnsburg (exact date of his arrival in the community is unknown) and was one of the founders of St John the Baptist Catholic Church, in what became the German community of Johnsburg. He was not one of the founders of the community of Johnsburg itself, which was founded in August of 1841 by Nicholas Adams, Nicholas Frett and Jacob Schmitt. A plaque in his honor was placed at his gravesite ~

I have recorded the cemetery plot number below, as recorded in the Northeastern McHenry County Cemetery Index Volume, St John the Baptist Cemetery, page 59, Column 2, Johann and his wife Susanna, are recorded as being in A-I- [Section A Block 1(I)and the Lot number itself is not designated, but is shown as being between Lots 23 and Lots 24]
Column 2 of the index is the official cemetery numbering system
