Frances Hill, age 77, Quirks Run, Harrodsburg, died Sunday, February 26, 2006 at Haggin Memorial Hospital, Harrodsburg, KY.
Born July 17, 1928 in Mercer Co., she was the daughter of the late Jack and Ruby (Williams) Devine and was the wife of Tommie Hill, Mercer Co... She was a homemaker and a member of Salt River Baptist Church.
Survivors other than her husband include: two sons, Jack (Patty) Hill, Harrodsburg, and Gary (Brenda) Hill, McKinney, KY; two daughters, Carol (Bill) Beavers and Polly (David) Warner of Harrodsburg, KY; one sister, Edna Bradley, Harrodsburg, KY; one brother, William Devine, Harrodsburg, KY; 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a great grandson, Branson Taylor Warner-Cummins, as well as one brother and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Tues., Feb 28, 2006, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Timothy Gray and Joe Vest. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are William Anderson, Darrell and Scott Beavers, Jimmy Hill, Jack Hill, and Scott Hulette.
Honorary bearers are Gary Durr, Jesse Johnson, Floyd Lyons, Mark, Stevie, and Eugene Bugg, Bruce Purdom, Corey Wardrip, Timmy Devine, Frank Kemplin and Donnie Followell.
Visitation will be at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Monday, February 27, 2006 after 5:00 pm and prior to the service on Tuesday.
