I wish I knew more about Jerrie's family, but I only met them once, unfortunately, at her funeral. They seemed like very kind people who were heartbroken at her death. I hope they are doing well in the years that have passed.
I wish to thank my friend Jean who sponsored Jerrie's memorial page. I met Jean here on Find A Grave. She grew up with Jerrie and her family, and still lives in the same area. I have met so many kind people on this site, and I am so glad that I met them, and Jean, whom I feel like I have known all my life, almost like a sister.
I would like to thank "Birdlegs" for taking the photos of the headstone. I live so far away I would never have been able to take them myself. It was such a wonderful act of kindness from a stranger, which can never be repaid.
Thanks to Deb for the parental links.
