Hannah Dunn, 18, was involved in a single-car fatality on Feb. 24, 2006, on her way to school. She fell asleep and is now awaiting the return of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Hannah was born Feb. 2, 1988, here in Madison County. She would have graduated in June with an Academics Honor diploma from Highland High School/Ebbertt Education Center, where she was a member of the National Honor Society. She did community service at the Anderson Police Department and the Red Cross. She had planned to attend Ball State University and study sales/marketing. She recently secured a job at Gas America and was to begin work this week. She attended fellowships of the Way International and most recently attended First Church of the Nazarene with her boyfriend, Kristian Green.

Hannah packed a full life in her short 18 years. She loved life and was full of life. She enjoyed horseback riding, camping, fishing, sleeping in the barn, swimming, cheerleading, track, having a clean car to drive, jogging, socializing with friends and talking on the phone. She had a passion for big trucks and the beach. She loved the wind in her hair and loved riding on the Harley with her dad. She hated to cook. She listened to a variety of music including classic rock, hip hop and certain country. Hannah worked hard and she played hard. She was an awesome friend and stood up for what she believed.

Hannah Marie will be missed dearly by family and countless friends. She is survived by her parents, Randy and Melanie; her brother, Jordan; a host of aunts, uncles and cousins; and her beloved Doberman, Halen Van Hannah.

She was the beloved granddaughter of Geraldine Dunn, the late Harry L. Dunn, and Jack and Koryne Walker.
