Maudie Roberts, 99, of Madison, MS, died Friday, February 6, 2004. She was a housewife and a member of Concord Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Charles Prentiss Roberts of Magee, MS, and Frank Roberts of Mt. Olive, MS; three daughters, Hazel McGilton of Magee, Lillie Dale Brown of Raymond, MS, and Linda Ann Lacy of Clinton, MS; one sister, Mattie Catia of Tremont, MS; 10 grandchildren and 15 greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Roberts; one son, Earl Roberts; and one daughter, Glenda Ann Roberts.
Funeral services were held Saturday, February 7, at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Mims Mitchell Funeral Home of Magee. Burial was at Sharon Cemetery in Magee.
