The husband of Marie A. Pepin. In 1930 Walter is divorced and a Policeman for Boston. In 1933 he is married to Marie. In 1937 Walter and Marie are living in Hyde Park. Marie Baxter's (widow of Walter) occupation in 1963 is Nurse. She is living in Hyde Park.
