In the short time he was with us, he brought so much joy to the lives of his family. He was such a happy baby, smiling and playing from the moment he awoke in the morning until he was laid down to sleep at night. Whenever his sister was in a bad mood or unhappy, he would make her smile and his presence would make her feel better. He loved to hear his mother sing to him the “ABC’s” - he would talk and laugh. When his dad came close by, he would open his mouth – knowing he was about to get a kiss. Although he was very young, already he was showing his sense of fun and humor. He was beginning to focus his eyes better, grabbing on to things, and he had discovered his feet. His special happy spirit will make even Heaven a brighter place.
Those left behind with his precious memory are his parents, one sister, Genavi Faith Banuelos, his Maternal Grandparents, Nestor and Simona Quinonez, Paternal Grandparents, Santiago and Elizabeth Banuelos, II all of Odessa, his Maternal Great Grandparents, Teresa Chavez and Matias Menchaca of Durango, Mexico and his Paternal Great Grandparents, Santiago and Juanita Banuelos, Sr and Jesus and Gloria Orona all of Odessa. He also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
