Mrs. Sniffen Rites Slated
Services for Mrs. Beatrice Gantter Sniffen, 55, of 319 Warham St., who died yesterday at St. Joseph’s Hospital, will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in Calvary Episcopal Church the Rev. S. George Dirghalli officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt.
Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the church, 1507 James St. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are by the Welter Funeral Home, 2649 James St.
A life resident of Syracuse, Mrs. Sniffen was a member of Calvary Episcopal Church.
Surviving are her husband, Robert C. Sniffen, employed in the engraving department of the Herald-Journal; three sons, R. Donn, Gary T. and Thomas J. Sniffen; two brothers, Richard of Constantia and Raymond Gantter; her mother, Mrs. Herman Gantter, and two grandchildren.
