Milton Vaughn, age 64 years, Stearns, Kentucky died April 4, 2009 at his residence. Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at Cedar Grove Baptist Church with Bro. George Gregory, Bro. David Vaughn, and Bro. Denzil Jones officiating. Burial was in Bud Gregory Cemetery. He was born at Slavans, Kentucky on June 5, 1944 the son of the late Ambrose and Cora Lee Gregory Vaughn. He was a retired coal miner and member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers Othel Vaughn; Edmund Vaughn; Dillard Vaughn; James "Cook" Vaughn; David "Hoss" Vaughn and Denver Vaughn Survivors include his wife Anna Ruth Gregory Vaughn and his children, Annabelle Bell and Husband "Jerry", Somerset, Kentucky; Rebecca Sue Dobbs and husband "Timmy", and Betsy Lee Watson and husband "Dwight:, Stearns, Kentucky. The surviving brothers are Millard Vaughn: Robert Vaughn; Larry Vaughn; and Ray Joe Vaughn. Six grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren also survive. McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
