Born October 23, 1920 in Harrodsburg, KY, he was the son of the late James H. and Estill Elliott Devine. Paul was married to Louise Gash.
Mr. Devine was a Salesman for National Life And Accident Co., also an employee of Berkman Feed Co. He was a member of Harrosburg Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon, Sunday School Teacher, served on the Bldg. Committee and was Past President of the Harrodsburg Baptist Foundation and was instrumental in it formation. He served in the Air Force during WW II.
