Jane married William Clements on the 16th December 1838 at St. Andrew's Church, Shilton.

On the 1841 and '51 census Jane and William, who was a silk ribbon weaver, were living with their children in the village of Shilton, Warwickshire. By 1852 William and his family had moved to Stoke (now an area within Coventry.
As well as being a weaver, William was also the Parish Clerk at St Michael's Church, Stoke, Coventry, from 1852 - 1888. The 1901 census states that their son Alfred was then the Parish Clerk.
Jane died aged 60.
