Shirley died at the age of 64. The daughter of Beulah and Marcellus Denney II. She graduated from Wayne County High School and Western University in Kentucky. Shirley eloped with Willard Frost in 1959. She was married to her husband Willie Frost 46 years. Shirley was an active member of Grand Avenue Baptist Church. She also was the Sunday School Superintendant and Bible School Director and Ladies Auxilliary Leader. She also became a PTA Officer, a Brownie Leader, and member of the County Extension Club. She also worked part-time as a School Aide and an Educational Secretary, in both Washington and Jefferson Elementry Schools. Also worked in her family business of the Northern Equipment Company. Shirley is survived by: Her husband Will, their daughter Tamara Osborn and a son D.J. Frost and 6 grandchildren. Also one sister, Phyllis Bertram. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Marcellus Frost III. and her brother Charles Denney of Monticello, Kentucky and three sisters, Marjorie Zimmerman, Mildred Coomer, and Lena Guffey.
