Harold "Pap" Evans, 51, died February 1, 1986 at his home. Services were at 4pm today at Hartman-Henderson Funeral Home with burial in Easthaven Cemetary.
He was a Retired Driller and Driller Superintendent in the Oilfield and enjoyed playing his guitar and singing with his family and friends.
He is survived by his Sons, Harold J. Evans of Bogue Chitto, Ms., Billy Joe Evans of McComb, Ms., Robert Harold "Hank" Evans, David Scott Evans and Randy Lee Evans, all of Brookhaven, Ms.; Daughter's, Cheryl Ann Case of Bogue Chitto, Ms. and Tammy Lynanne Bowlin of Hazelhurst, Ms.; Brothers, Grady Evans of Detroit, Mich., Marty Evans, Lamar Evans, Bobby J. Evans, Howard Evans and Coy Evans, all of Greenville, Ms., Carl "Mike" Evans of West Monroe, La. and Ted W. Evans of Crystal Springs, Ms.; Sister's, Mildred Bell of Winona, Ms. and Charlotte Naron of Clairmont, Ca. Three grandchildren, Melinda Lee Case, Carrie Amanda Case and B.J. Evans.
