She died on June 6, 1913 and was buried beside her beloved James in Center Cemetery, Jasper County, Missouri. Her death date on her State of Missouri Death Certificate contradicts the date stated on her head stone. The death certificate states she is buried in Dudman Cemetery and her head stone is actually in Center Cemetery.
