Virginia Mae Kwapich, age 90, of Toledo passed away Friday, July 5, 2013,

surrounded by her loving nephew at Sunrise Senior Living in Troy, Michigan. She was born August 30, 1922, to Gertrude and Walter Geiser in Toledo. She married Ronald Kwapich on April 22, 1950, in Toledo and they spent 60 wonderful years together. He passed away in March 1, 2011. Virginia was very active in Airstream Association, Grace Lutheran Church, and worked at Willy's Overland during WWII.

Left to cherish Virginia are nephew, Paul (Jane Haigh) Geiser; niece, Nancy (Leslie) Patterson and Jackie Geiser-Roberts; brother, Ray Geiser; great-nephews, David Geiser and Todd Geiser, and great-niece, Alice Patterson.

Private Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2013. The Newcomer Funeral Home, Toledo (419-473-0300) assisted the family with arrangements.
