Fomia is my Grandmother "Sitto" in Lebanese. She was a kind gentle lady I never saw upset. She loved her family and raised seven children. My mom Ruthie was her youngest daughter.
She cooked traditional Lebanese food that was fabulous. When making bread she would stretch the dough over her arms like an enormous pizza. When she baked it was really a treat.
