Funeral services were held Monday for Frederick K. Winter, 92, of 128 Scotch Plains Ave., who died Thursday at the Ashbrook Convalescent Center, Scotch Plains.
The Rev. Richard L. Smith of the Presbyterian Church of Westfield, officiated at services at the Gray Funeral Home. Interment was in Fairview Cemetery.
A lifelong resident of Westfield, Mr. Winter retired 32 years ago after 40 years as an accountant, with Corn Products Refining Co., New York. He was a member of the Royal Arcanum Central Council No. 715 of Westfield and of the Presbyterian Church here
His wife, Mrs. Lenita Winter, died in 1966.
Surviving are two sons, Harold F. of Westfield and Warren of Melborne, Fla.; two daughters, Mrs. George Livingston of Middletown and Mrs. Curt Aagre of Westfield; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
