Julio Garcia was born in Aguada, Puerto Rico, on April 12, 1920 to Juana Acevedo Garcia and Mersedes Garcia.
Julio recieved his education in Puerto Rico. He moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin when he was a young man. He worked as a welder at Milwaukee Diecasting over 25 years where he later retired. He was also a bartender part-time.
In 1993, Julio was united in Holy Matrimony to Mary Thompson-Garcia. From thats union God blessed them with three beautiful children. Julio was a kind, loving and extremely generous person. He was well-known by many people on the eastside of Milwaukee.
Julio Garcia departed this life on March 16, 2005 at Plymouth Manor Nursing Home From heart problems. He was preceded in death by his parents and one son Manolin Garcia.
