EAGLE BUTTE - Malisa Ann "Big Girl" Hale, 32, Eagle Butte, died Monday, Aug. 15, 2005, at Indian Health Services Hospital in Eagle Butte.

There will be an all-night wake service at 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 22, at Zintkala Hall in Cherry Creek. Family and friends will gather at the two-mile junction west of Eagle Butte at 4 p.m. on Monday to follow in procession to Cherry Creek.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 23, at the hall, with Mother Marion Rectenwald, Deacon Dora Bruguier and Ivan Bruguier officiating. Burial will be in St. Andrews Episcopal Cemetery under the direction of Oster Funeral Home of Mobridge.

Malisa ("Sisa") was born on 4 February 1973 to the marriage of Bernice Faith Condon and Michael Duane Hale, both of Cherry Creek, Ziebach County, SD. She was blessed with two sons and one daughter. She was preceded in death by her mother. She leaves behind her two sons, one daughter, three brothers, two sisters, and father.
