Solomon Strickland married to the Diamond sisters and last wife "Hulda" did not name a son "Henry" in his will dated 1843 in Henry Co. GA. If this was the son of Solomon and still alive in 1880, he would have been named as an heir. There are several Henry Stricklands and the one I don't have a definitive death for is Henry, son of Ezekiel (son of Solomon & Amy Pace) / Elizabeth Jane Haynes b. ~1806. There is also a Henry R Strickland, son of Kinchen Strickland, but I have no birth timeframe but could have been early 1800's. This Henry married Emeline T Morrow in Newton Co, GA in 1833, which is where Ezekiel lived at the time. Sorting out who is who has been difficult with these families.
