January 6, 1823 -- Obediah M. B. Fielder, executor of James Fielder in terms of the Will, to William Randle ... all that tract or parcel of land with exception of 10 rods in width & 84 rods in length, on S.E. side beginning in East corner which reserve shall be for use of Sarah Fielder, Senr. during the life or widowhood of said Sarah Fielder, and at expiration of life or widowhood of Sarah Fielder, then reserve shall belong to Randle ... except one hundred feet square including the grave yard of the family which shall forever be reserved to the heirs of James Fielder, lying and being in the county aforesaid on Little River, estimated at two hundred and 2-1/2 acres, more or less known & distinguished in the plan by [Lot] Number 48 in 19 [District] Baldwin when surveyed, now Morgan County, having such shapes, marks & forms as the grant hereunto referred will more fully show its boundaries.
