This Cemetery is on Panola Rd in Dekalb Co GA at the intersection of Panola Rd and Snapfinger Woods.
Various Names:
Originally, this cemetery was known as "Ebenezer Methodist Church Cemetery", until its closure in the 1850's. A Mr Miller owned the property, thus, Miller Cemetery, Miller Family Cemetery, and Miller/Clarke Cemetery by some.
Recent Visit 2013:
In 2013 a local volunteer, observed that the cemetery was not well kept, and grown over with tree's, bushes and grass. He cleared and explosed the Grave Stones, and took photo's of many of the grave sites, that are now on display on the various memorials.
How many and who is buried here:
There are 42 known burials at this site, and confirmed from an old survey, however, let it be known that the cemetery was once larger, and Mr Miller, the owner, of the property was said to have removed some field stones from the cemetery, there are no records to be found for those burials.
No Sign:
There is no Cemetery Sign that names the cemetery presently. There is basically, a drive way into the cemetery, and a left side (north) and right side (south).
General Layout:
The Miller's are all on the left side as you drive in, and the Clarke's, White's, Gibbs's, O'Neal's, Fortune's and others on the Right side.
Groups of related folks:
The Clark's, White's, Gibbs's, O'Neal's, Fortune's are all related to each other, and descendans of Maj Benjamin Franklin White, buried at Oakland Cemetery in Atlanta GA.
Of course the Miller's are related to each other, there are surnames who's connections are not known.
