Cemetery is located among a small stand of trees on a hill about 15 yards off the north side of Hebron Church Road. Most of the markers are easily visible from the road.

In addition to the 11 marked graves, there are at least three more graves. Two apparent graves are marked by fieldstones. The third apparent grave is covered with bricks and looks to be a collapsed false tomb.

The Harpers, McRees, and Griffeths are all related by birth or marriage. The stone ascribed to Frank Peyton is severely damaged and difficult to make out. It is possible that there is a missing surname lost due to the damage. The stone is smaller, typical of a child's headstone. It is possible that Frank Peyton's marker is missing a Harper, McRee, Griffeth, or other surname.

As of September 2022, the site is in fair condition, but some stones are damaged or fallen. Deterioration will continue without intervention.
