Eliza Miller James...aka...Elizabeth Ann Jane "Eliza" (Garner) Miller-James, b-21-Jan-1825-IL., d- 15-Feb-1907-Ullin, Pulaski Co, IL. Was the daughter of Green B. Garner, b-1760-CT., d- after 1849-maybe in IL., and wife Sarah Calvin, b-1760-maybe CT., d-before 1847 maybe in Illinois or an unknown second wife, my 3rd g-grandparents.Eliza was first married to Michael Miller, b-1820-Union Co, IL., d-11-Nov-1847, age 27, my gg-grandparents. They were married on 2-Aug-1842-Alexander Co,IL., and were married about five years before Michael Miller died in 1847.Eliza and Michael had two daughters,the second born was Sarah C. Miller, b-1844/45-Alexander Co, IL., d-5-Sept-1863-Union Co, IL, age 18 yrs, 8 mos old. First daughter was Mary Jane Miller, b-Oct-1843-Anna, Union Co, IL., d-6-Feb-1901-Anna, Union Co, IL., who married Charles W. Cook, b-11-March-1834-Rowan Co, NC., d-29-Jan-1916-Anna, Union Co, IL., my g-grandparents. I have much researched and DNA proven Miller info.Charles W. Cook,1834 was the son of Daniel Cook, b-1790/91-NC., d- 1850-1853-Union Co, IL., and second wife Jane Jemima Kennerly, b-31-Oct-1806-Cabarrus Co, NC., d-31-July-1882-Jonesboro Precinct, Union Co, IL, my gg-grandparents. Daniel Cook's first wife was Martha Brumley, (1790-1827) who may have died from childbirth complications with their ninth child. I have much more researched and proven info !
