Gathering place for Donna's kin in IL & IN, etc..>>> Another Work-In-Progress ;-)James Haddock CAMPBELL, mar.Helen Marie (WILLETT) CAMPBELL- last lived on Lee Bury farm near 40.578484, -87.539786NE corner of E 600 North Rd (E-W)and N 3100 East Rd (N-S)on the NE corner or that intersection,and north of E 600 North Rd (E-W)and south of the little creek.The house is no longer there, but last time Donna drove bythere was a hint of a driveway (going into the field) (from which Rd?)That farm is in Stockland (?) township, maybe 2mi N & 5mi E of Curt's.Jim & Helen had been on a fishing trip to WI or MN (?) with their formerneighbors & friends from further East, over on the Indiana side.Phillip CRIST (pronounced CRISt) & wife Gladys (___) CRISthad been on the fishing trip with them.(Their son, Marion CRISt was a friend of Curt W Campbell while growing up.)Jim & Helen and Phillip & Gladys had returned to the CRISt farm,located about a mile west of Rt 39(?) or Rt 421 (?) in Jasper Co or(?) Pulaski Co, IN.Driving north on Rt 421 from:Monon, White County, IN - just after you cross from White Co into Pulaski Co - Rt 421 jogs NW before proceeding due N thru Pulaski Co.Just N of that "jog" is Hwy 114. If the farm was in Pulaski Co and west of Rt 421, then it has to be within 2 miles of leaving Rt 421 to head west, otherwise you wind up in Jasper Co, IN. If you go 4.8 miles west on Hwy 114, you are at Hanging Grove township, Jasper Co, IN.If that isn't the correct E-W road, then you could return to Rt 421 and proceed north - because the recollection was that the E-W road is about halfway between Francesville, Pulaski Co, IN, and Medaryville, Pulaski Co, IN, which is the next town north.About midway between Francesville & Medaryville, Hwy 14, also called County Rd 200 S heads west. For the first two miles, you are still in Pulaski Co, IN then you cross westward into Jasper Co, IN.just before you reach Francesville, Pulaski Co, Indiana,there is a about halfway between Medaryville, Pulaski County, IN and Francesville, IN
