Virgil Henry Laster was the son of Elias and Mary War Nan Johnson Laster who are buried in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Rives, TN. His wife was Docia Pauline Forrester. They are the parents of James Elmer, Virgil Loyce, Marion Preston, Mary LaNelle (Hundley), Doris Pauline (Wigdor), and Romona Carolyn Laster (Jones). They have eleven grandchildren and fifteen great grand children.
