In 2022 I started researching my family heritage. I have researched my lineage back to the 1500s. I find more and more things everyday. Current area starts at WNC, East TN, Spartanburg SC. Goes back to Essex MASS right after the establishment of Plymouth Rock.

My Foster line goes back to Kennedy Foster first settler of Coffee Ridge TN.

My main goal is to find a picture of my great grandfather Silas Phillips son of William C Phillips and Elizabeth Haney. 1877-1929.
He passed away a few months before my grandmother was born and she never got to lay eyes on him or even a picture of him.
