I started gathering basic names and dates of family members from my oldest relatives back in the 1990s and did my genealogy research via microfilm and microfiche until I ran into too many roadblocks. With the new genealogy websites available now, I'm now trying trace and document both sides of my family back as far back as possible, including scanning and identifying boxes of old family photos. I've only recently joined Find-a-Grave and am now starting to work on family memorials.
