Hi, I started working seriously on my family tree when my children were first born,(80's) as I knew they would be asking me at some point. Therefore I was able to gather my immediate details from my parents and grandparents. Fast forward many years and an awesome career with BMO Financial Group (37 Yrs) I retired and now have taken up genealogy and with the help of DNA Ancestry I have found many new relatives. One of my goals now is to help where possible with 'Find a Grave' to search Death Certificates of exhumed individuals and update memorials of the Milwaukee County Poor Farm Cemetery, so I may help living descendants find and have their family re-interred instead of sitting in boxes at a University for endless research these past 30 years. I just recently visited Florence Italy and with the help of my wife I was able to add 1,567 grave marker photos to veteran memorials at the Florence American Cemetery and Memorial site.
