I've been enjoying the challenge of genealogical research since around 2014/2015, with primary focus on my Cardell(o) ancestors, most of whom immigrated to the United States in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. There were so many name changes over the years that I wasn't able to put together significant pieces of the family tree until 2020, thanks to communications with my Ridolfo cousins.
