This all started with a quiet walk in a cemetary finding the grave of a young woman who had died a very young death. The grave was old and seemed like it hadn't been visited for a while. The idea of these lost memories and stories of people gone by are fasinating to me and I enjoyed the idea of keeping their history alive, at least a little longer.

I've started looking up and down my own family tree and have a strong desire to find the graves of my ancestors, so that they be remembered by someone in the family at least one last time.

I lost my own mother recently, so I find an odd peace in finding memorials for people. I was doing this before we lost her, but it helps.
