I have always been interested in my family history but more recently have become interested in that of my community. I am saddened to hear of stories of the past that are being lost through the generations. My goal in joining this website is to link families together and to help tell the stories of the past, specifically those that have to do with a small area in Ontario Canada that was homesteaded by some remarkable people.
