Born April 6, 1943 to Harry Albert Gladfelter and Marion Ann (Stetler) Gladfelter. Was raised in Southern New Jersey. Sister is Marilyn Amy Patterson. My first wife and I, Marsha K. (Rice) Gladfelter 1943 - 2017 had three children. Christian Foster Gladfelter 1967 - 2019, Heather Gladys Gladfelter 1969 - 2016, and Harry Albert Gladelter 1973 -. I married Vivian Jerene (Abbett) Kyler on June 20, 1992. I served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 1964 to 1970. I graduated from the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science with a BS in Chemistry. Working career included the Campbell Soup Company, Rohm and Haas, Asten Hill Co., Bentley Harris, and Federal Mogul Corp. Retired in 2007 and consulted until 2014. Named on 16 US Patents. Was active in the Chester County Boy Scouts as a Commissioner. Served as a Director on the board of the Casper Glattfelder Association of America where I researched family members who had patents and artists in the family. Member of Centennial Lutheran Church in Kimberton, Pa.
