I have found Find a Grave to be a wonderful site to learn about relatives and those whom served in a Civil War Regiment I am researching. I am working on a regimental history of the 1st Confederate Regiment Georgia Infantry which served with the Army of Tennessee. When I'm not researching this regiment I am trying to learn more about the Cates and Mayson family lines. I have been very impressed with the vast amount of information available.
