♡ find a grave has helped me enormously when it comes to researching my own family.

At the moment I am mainly interested in documenting those buried at St. Peter's, Blackley, Manchester. Most of those buried here before the 1900's no longer have a headstone as they were removed in the 1960's, and the headstones that do remain have been left to deteriorate. Most of the memorials for this cemetery I will add using the records in the document "St. Peter's Churchyard, Blackley (Church of England) - Transcripts of Gravestones and Plan by The Director of Parks" which was compiled when initially removing the headstones at the southern portion of the cemetery in 1963. Additionally, I have had the chance to view the remaining headstones and photograph them to upload.
