Raised in Northwood, New Hampshire, I am a direct descendent of General John Stark, New Hampshire’s revolutionary war hero who penned the phrase “Live Free or Die”, the State’s official motto. For years my mother researched genealogy and upon her passing, I have since entered all of her work into Family Tree Maker and have done additional research of my own. I currently have 7,887 names in my file and am working on the fine tuning and researching missing information. It’s a never ending project, but I love doing it especially in my retirement years.
