Lon is artist-in-residence and managing director of IdeaLab at nRhythm, an innovative organizational management consulting firm. Lon is a singer, songwriter, writer, poet, actor, photographer, visual artist and creative thinker. He has worked as a journalist, restauranteur, minister, missionary, businessman, salesman, singer and communications director. Lon has informally researched the Vining, Edmonson, Strickland and Tyndall lines of his family for years, and now hopes to devote more time to it. He lives in NW Arkansas.
