My husband and I have been married for almost 48 years, have 3 children, 6 grandchildren, 5 horses, 7 dogs, a huge herd of cats, and happily live in the woods. I've only recently started researching my family roots and originally joined to have the spelling of my grandmother's maiden name corrected. As I continued my research, I came across a request for a headstone picture of someone I did not know, but who was buried in a cemetery that I drive by on a regular basis. My husband and I decided to go take a look and discovered, with the minister's help, an unmarked grave, no known obituary, and that most of this person's family was buried in the next town. Quite the mystery! I hope to locate descendants who might have an obituary and hopefully help get a headstone placed on the grave.
