For me, the searching for my family, their histories and where they came from started back in the mid-1990's. Since that time, I made a lot of discoveries and encountered a few brick walls. My hopes are that as I find the time, helping connect family lines through FAG, Ancestry and Family Search will help others with knowing their family history and where they came from.

Please don't hesitate to ask questions and let me know if there is something I can help with. I welcome suggestions for edits and revisions on memorials I am managing. There may be information you have that is more accurate or complete than what I have. You can message me through FAG or send an email to my private email address which is on my profile.
I believe we should include as much information as possible, so if you know of a nickname or alternate name, please suggest it. From my own experience, a birth name does not always reflects the name a person was known as. Adding nicknames and alternate names will help others find their kin.
I may ask you for additional information to make sure the change is accurate or to give you information as well :-)

If I see a memorial that is being managed by FAG, I often times will request a transfer to help ensure the memorial has an active manager. Please contact me if you would like a transfer, I am happy to transfer to those who either willing to manage a memorial, or are closer in kinship than me.
If you email me directly, please put the FAG memorial ID number in your email so I can be sure to transfer the correct person---

As to FAG, my personal philosophy is that I am not here to collect graves, amass numbers or followers. I am not the "owner" of memorials. It belongs to those who have passed on, to those that knew and loved them, and to those that wish to show the life of the person who has gone on.

It is important to me that our ancestors are being honored and cherished---it is both a privilege and an honor to be part of that with you. ---Sharon
