I have been researching my family history for many, many years. I was visiting State Archives, libraries, courthouses, cemeteries, old homeplaces, etc. long before the Internet. I am not a "cut & paste" genealogist. I do "hands on" research.

The vast majority of my memorials are directly related to me, either by blood or marriage, others are memorials of friends, or those related to me "by marriage" and their relatives. A few have been added because I felt their tragic deaths were in need of a memorial .
