My family tree is very much like looking for the needle in the haystack! First my husband is second generation American his family is from Poland (poor Poland it has been pick apart and put back together again so many times) So finding out his family history has been very difficult. I don't speak or read Polish making things more prickly. As for my side of the family. My father is a Chapman. Good gravy nuff said there. So why not get a bit more sticky. Mom is a Yocum an Ohio Yocum. So I am constantly checking and rechecking information I run into. My biggest pet peeve is how many times one name gets reused in the same line. Leo, Leo Sr. Leo Jr. Little Leo, Big Leo, Leo T. , Leo Thomas, Leo Tom, Leo Tom Tom ... it just keeps going.
