Born in Dallas, grew up in Houston. Married a yankee from Michigan. Sandie is her nickname, Bolin is her maiden name. Joined the Navy and retired as a chief petty officer, then moved to Montana. Seemed like a good idea at the time. I recently retired from my job there. During that time, my brother, two sisters and I each lived in a different time zone and none of us in Texas. Same for our children and grandchildren. I decided I had to come home. I have several relatives buried in Rose Hill and Oakwood cemeteries in Tyler. Numerous others in other parts of Texas. I guess I have nothing better to do than find some of them.
