Bio

I grew up in Richmond, Hawkesbury Valley NSW. Now living in Perth Western Australia with my fabulous husband Terry. I am an Ex-RN and Midwife. RAAF Squadron Leader Retired. I spent some years as a volunteer Advocate Level 3 helping ex-ADF and war widows with their entitlements. Currently, a business owner/manager in our consulting engineering business, and have been involved in volunteer work since I was a 'brownie' 7yrs old.
Have several Diplomas plus Diploma in family Research (UTAS). Currently a mature aged student studying university online for a Bachelor in Historical Enquiry & Practice.

Over the years I have indexed over 600,000 passenger entries in Australia via WA Ports. I have helped to index BMDs for Kent, Devon and Free UK BMD and I am always helping others with their family Tree research.

RANDOM ACTS OF GENEALOGICAL KINDNESS. Happy to do RAOGK but only to the local suburban cemeteries as WA is very large and I don't have a camel or a water bag. However, I do have contacts in the Gold Fields and Other faraway places who can help.
Surnames registered with The Guild of One-Name Studies: Briggs + Baskett plus a Baskett DNA Project.
